Repairer of the Breaches School reopened Jan. 7 and the students are happy to be back in class and receiving a daily lunch again. Food prices have almost doubled since this time last year. In September we estimated the lunch program would cost $3500 Can. per month. This month it cost $6800! In addition to this, all students are getting vita mamba each day at a cost of $85 per day. Recent studies have found that 1 in 3 Haitians are in urgent need of food aid. This makes this lunch program more important than ever!
